乳腺理疗联合按摩干预对哺乳期乳腺炎患者症状改善及母乳喂养的影响

Effect of Breast Physiotherapy Combined with Massage Intervention on Symptom Improvement and Breastfeeding in Lactating Mastitis Patients

目的探究乳腺理疗联合按摩干预对哺乳期乳腺炎患者症状改善及母乳喂养的影响。方法按照随机数字表法从2022年2月-12月厦门大学附属中山医院收治的哺乳期乳腺炎患者中选取120例,分为两组。对照组(60例)给予常规西医治疗,观察组(60例)在此基础上采用按摩干预联合乳腺理疗。比较两组症状改善情况、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、乳汁分泌情况及母乳喂养情况[母乳喂养自我效能量表(BSES)]。结果干预后,观察组肿块及疼痛消退时间、体温恢复正常时间均短于对照组;干预后第1、2、3天观察组VAS评分均低于对照组;干预后第6天,观察组BSES各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论采用乳腺理疗联合按摩干预哺乳期乳腺炎患者,可加速患者症状改善,减轻疼痛程度,提升母乳喂养意愿。

Objective To explore the effects of breast physiotherapy combined with massage intervention on symptom improvement and breastfeeding in lactating mastitis patients.Methods A total of 120 lactating mastitis patients admitted to Zhongshan Hospital of Xiamen University from February 2022 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(60 cases)received conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group(60 cases)received massage intervention combined with breast physiotherapy on this basis.Symptom improvement,pain degree[Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)],milk secretion and breastfeeding[Breastfeeding Self-efficacy Scale(BSES)]were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the time of mass and pain fading and the time of body temperature returning to normal in observation group were shorter than those in control group.At 1d,2d and 3d after intervention,VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;On day 6 after intervention,the BSES scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions The intervention of mammary therapy combined with massage in nursing mastitis patients can accelerate the improvement of symptoms,reduce the degree of pain,and enhance the willingness to breastfeed.
