摘要
目的研究分析强化风险护理联合俯卧位通气对新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(RDS)的影响。方法从我院于2022年10月至2023年10月期间内收治的新生儿RDS患儿中进行筛选,最终纳入100例作为本研究的样本对象。采取随机数字表法进行平均划分,其中50例纳入对照组(接受常规护理+常规体位通气治疗),其余50例则纳入试验组(接受风险护理+俯卧位通气治疗)。干预前、后,检测并对比两组患儿的氧合功能指标(PaO_(2)、SpO_(2)、PaCO_(2)),同时记录其用氧时间、机械通气时间、总住院时间及并发症发生率。结果干预后,两组患儿的PaO_(2)、SpO_(2)水平均升高,而PaCO_(2)水平明显降低,但上述结果与对照组患儿相比,试验组患儿的升幅/降幅明显更大(P<0.05);其用氧时间、机械通气时间、总住院时间与对照组患儿相比明显更少,各类并发症的发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论对于新生儿RDS患儿,强化风险护理同时联合俯卧位通气对其进行干预能够有效改善其氧合功能,同时能够缩短其通气治疗时间,患儿的并发症发生率得到明显降低,效果理想,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of intensified risk nursing combined with prone ventilation on neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.Methods A total of 100 newborns with respiratory distress syndrome admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the sample subjects for this study.Using a random number table method for average division,50 cases were included in the routine intervention group(receiving routine care+routine position ventilation treatment),while the remaining 50 cases were included in the combined intervention group(receiving risk care+prone position ventilation treatment).Before and after intervention,measure and compare the oxygenation function indicators(PaO_(2),SpO_(2),PaCO_(2))of the two groups of children,and record their oxygen use time,mechanical ventilation time,total hospital stay,and incidence of complications.Results after the intervention,both groups of children showed an increase in PaO_(2)and SpO_(2)levels,while the level of PaCO_(2)significantly decreased.However,compared with the children in the control group,the children in the experimental group had a more significant increase/decrease(P<0.05).The duration of oxygen use,mechanical ventilation time,and total hospital stay were significantly shorter compared to the children in the control group,and the incidence of various complications was lower(P<0.05).Conclusions For children with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome,strengthening risk nursing combined with prone ventilation intervention can effectively improve their oxygenation function,shorten their ventilation treatment time,significantly reduce the incidence of complications in children,achieve ideal results,and have high clinical application value.
