二氧化锆全瓷冠用于改善患者咀嚼功能的研究

目的分析口腔修复患者使用二氧化锆全瓷冠对咀嚼功能的影响。方法纳入2023年2月至2024年2月福建省浦城宣言口腔门诊部收治的80例口腔修复患者。采用数字随机表法分为试验组及对照组,两组各40例。钴铬合金烤瓷冠修复应用于对照组,二氧化锆全瓷冠修复应用于试验组。从修复质量、咀嚼能力、牙周状况指标、龈沟液相关指标进行综合评估。结果与对照组比较,试验组修复当天、修复1个月时边缘密合度、修复体颜色、修复体折裂等级均更优(P<0.05)。两组修复后咬力较修复前升高、咀嚼效率值较修复前降低(P<0.05);且试验组较对照组有更明显改善(P<0.05)。两组修复后牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、较修复前均降低(P<0.05);且试验组较对照组更低(P<0.05)。两组修复后龈沟液含量、软骨糖蛋白-39(YKL-40)、抵抗素较修复前升高(P<0.05);但试验组较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论口腔修复患者使用二氧化锆全瓷冠有助于提升修复效果,减少对牙龈组织刺激,改善牙周状况,提高咀嚼功能。

Objective To analyze the effect of zirconia porcelain crown on masticatory function in patients with dental prosthesis.Methods From February 2023 to February 2024,a total of 80 patients with prosthodontic prosthodontics who were admitted to the Department of Stomatology in Pucheng,Fujian Province were included.According to the numerical random table method,40 cases were divided into two groups.Cobalt chromium alloy porcelain crown repair was applied to the control group,zirconia porcelain crown repair was applied to the experimental group.The quality of repair,chewing ability,periodontal status and gingival crevicular fluid were evaluated comprehensively.Results Compared with the control group,the edge close,color and fracture grade of the experimental group were significantly better on the day of repair and at 1 month of repair(P<0.05).The occlusal force was higher and the masticatory efficiency was lower after repair than before repair(P<0.05).And the experimental group had more obvious improvement than the control group(P<0.05).After repair,the gingival index(GI)and plaque index(PLI)of both groups were lower than those before repair(P<0.05).The test group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The contents of gingival crevicular fluid,chondroglycoprotein-39(YKL-40)and resistin in two groups after repair were higher than those before repair(P<0.05).But the test group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of zirconia porcelain crown can improve the repair effect,reduce the stimulation of gingival tissue,improve the periodontal condition and improve the masticatory function.
