品管圈活动对老年住院患者口服药服用依从性的影响

The Impact of Quality Control Circle Activities on the Medication Adherence of Elderly Inpatients

目的探讨品管圈活动在提高老年住院患者口服药服用依从性中的应用效果。方法将2023年3月-7月复旦大学附属中山医院厦门医院老年病科住院治疗并需口服药物的99例患者纳入研究。其中,2023年3月-4月的45例患者为品管圈活动实施前,2023年6月至2023年7月的54例患者为实施品管圈活动后。对比成立品管圈活动前后老年住院患者口服药服用依从性。结果实施品管圈活动后,老年住院患者口服药服用的依从性为93.8%,高于实施前的79.6%(P<0.05),目标达标率113.6%,进步率17.8%。品管圈活动后,圈员在解决问题能力、个人素质修养、沟通协调能力、责任心、自信心、团队合作能力、品管手法掌握程度、积极性这8个方面均有提高。结论应用品管圈活动有助于提高老年住院患者口服药服用的依从性,提高用药效果,且有助于增强护士的临床护理能力,提升护理质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle(QCC)activities in improving the medication adherence of elderly inpatients.Methods A total of 99 patients admitted to the Department of Geriatrics,Xiamen Hospital affiliated to Zhongshan Hospital of Fudan University,who required oral medication from March to July 2023 were included in the study.Among them,45 patients from March to April 2023 were before the implementation of QCC activities,and 54 patients from June to July 2023 were after the implementation of QCC activities.The medication adherence of elderly inpatients before and after the establishment of QCC activities was compared.Results After the implementation of QCC activities,the medication adherence of elderly inpatients was 93.8%,higher than the 79.6%before implementation(P<0.05),with a target achievement rate of 113.6%and an improvement rate of 17.8%.After the QCC activities,the circle members showed improvements in problem-solving ability,personal quality,communication and coordination skills,sense of responsibility,self-confidence,teamwork ability,mastery of quality control techniques,and enthusiasm in these 8 aspects.Conclusions The application of QCC activities helps to improve the medication adherence of elderly inpatients,enhance the effectiveness of medication use,and enhance the clinical nursing capabilities of nurses and improve the quality of nursing care.
