精神障碍患者实施针对性心理护理应用价值分析

Analysis on the Application Value of Targeted Psychological Nursing for Patients with Mental Disorders

目的分析精神障碍患者实施针对性心理护理的应用价值。方法于2022年5月至2023年5月,选取64例精神障碍患者,护理模式分组,观察组32例(针对性心理护理),对照组32例(常规心理护理),观察两组心理状态、日常生活活动能力、精神状态、满意度、护理风险。结果心理状态比较,观察组干预后焦虑、抑郁程度低于对照组(均P<0.05);日常生活活动能力与精神状态比较,观察组干预后日常生活活动能力较高,精神状态较好(均P<0.05);家属满意度比较,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);护理风险比较,两组风险事件发生率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于精神障碍患者,实施针对性心理护理,可使患者焦虑、抑郁情绪减轻,改善精神状态,提高生活能力,减少护理期间的风险,使家属满意。

Objective To analyze the application value of targeted psychological nursing for patients with mental disorders.Methods From May 2022 to May 2023,a total of 64 patients with mental disorders were selected,and the nursing mode was divided into 32 cases in the observation group(targeted psychological nursing)and 32 cases in the control group(routine psychological nursing).The mental state,activity of daily living,mental state,satisfaction and nursing risk of the two groups were observed.Results Compared with the psychological state,the anxiety and depression degree of the observation group were lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Compared with the mental state,the observation group had higher ability of daily living and better mental state after intervention(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of family members in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of risk events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The implementation of targeted psychological nursing for patients with mental disorders can alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients,improve the mental state of patients,improve the ability of daily living activities of patients,reduce the risk of nursing events,and make the families of patients satisfied.
