血常规检验中静脉采血法及末梢采血法的应用价值

The Application Value of Venous Blood Collection Method and Peripheral Blood Collection Method in Blood Routine Test

目的探讨临床血常规检验中应用末梢采血法以及静脉采血法的效果。方法随机选取2022年5月至2024年1月期间于我院接受血常规检验的48例患者,均接受末梢采血和空腹静脉采血,分别作为对照组(末梢采血)和观察组(静脉采血),对比两种采血方法的检验结果。结果观察组血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞计数(RBC)、红细胞压积(HCT)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)高于对照组,平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞(NE)低于对照组(P<0.05);两组淋巴细胞(LY)、单核细胞(MO)、嗜酸性粒细胞(EO)水平对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。观察组血小板计数(PLT)高于对照组(P<0.05);两组平均血小板体积(MPV)血小板比积(PCT)血小板分布宽度(PDW)对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组穿刺次数、穿刺时间、VAS评分和对照组对比无差异(P>0.05)。结论在血常规检验中,于不同位置采集血液样本,检验结果存在差异性。相比于末梢采血法,静脉采血法的准确性高、检测范围广,受检者在接受静脉采血时的痛感较轻,采血后的血常规检验结果误差较小。但是在选用采血方法时,应该考虑受检者的实际情况,根据具体的临床场景进行选择,进而更好的保障检验结果的精准度。

Objective To study the effect of peripheral and venous blood collection in routine blood test.Methods A total of 48 patients who received routine blood tests in our hospital from May 2022 to January 2024 were randomly selected to receive peripheral blood collection and fasting vein blood collection,respectively as the control group(peripheral blood collection)and the observation group(intravenous blood collection),and the test results of the two blood collection methods were compared.Results In the observation group,Hb,RBC,HCT,MCV,and MCHC were higher than in the control group(P<0.05),while MCH was lower(P<0.05).WBC and NE In the observation group were lower than in the control group(P<0.05),but LY,MO,and EO showed no significant difference(P>0.05).PLT was higher In the observation group than it in the control group(P<0.05),while there is no significant changes in MPV,PCT,and PDW between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Puncture count,time,and VAS scores were similar between groups(P>0.05).Conclusions In blood routine examination,blood samples were collected at different locations,and the test results were different.Compared with peripheral blood collection method,venous blood collection method has high accuracy and wide detection range.The subject feels less pain when receiving venous blood collection,and the error of blood routine test results after blood collection is small.However,when selecting the blood collection method,the actual situation of the subject should be considered,and the selection should be made according to the specific clinical scenario,so as to better ensure the accuracy of the test results.
