运动康复护理在老年冠心病合并糖尿病中的应用

Application of Exercise Rehabilitation Care in Elderly CHD with Diabetes

目的探究运动康复护理应用在老年冠心病合并糖尿病中的影响。方法本研究采用电脑随机数字表法分组,选择2021年1月至2022年12月的60例老年冠心病合并糖尿病患者分为两组,30例为对照组接受常规护理,30例为观察组接受运动康复护理,并对两组运动耐力、生活质量、护理满意度进行评价。结果治疗前后6 min步行距离和SF-36得分优于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,运动康复组的护理满意度较高(P<0.05)。在护理后,观察组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年冠心病合并糖尿病患者进行运动康复护理,可提升患者满意度,同时改善患者的生活质量,血糖、血脂得以有效控制。

Objective To explore the effect of exercise rehabilitation nursing in elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with coronary heart disease combined with diabetes mellitus from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups,30 patients in the control group received routine nursing and 30 patients in the observation group received exercise rehabilitation nursing,and the exercise endurance,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated.Results The 6-min walking distance before and after treatment and the score of SF-36 were better than those of control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the exercise rehabilitation group was higher(P<0.05).After nursing,FBG,2 h PBG,TC and TG indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusions Exercise rehabilitation nursing for elderly patients with coronary heart disease combined with diabetes can improve patient satisfaction,improve the quality of life of patients,and effectively control blood sugar and blood lipid.
