风险预警评分指导下预防式护理在肺炎患儿中的应用

Risk Early Warning Score-Guided Preventive Care in the Treatment of Children with Pneumonia

目的探究风险预警评分指导下预防式护理在肺炎患儿中的应用。方法选择屏南县总医院2021年1月至2023年12月收治的肺炎患儿79例,将入组患儿采用随机数字法分成对照组(39例)、观察组(40例),对照组常规护理,观察组风险预警评分指导下预防式护理,对比两组症状缓解时间、恢复情况以及并发症发生率。结果观察组止咳、平喘以及啰音消失时间较对照组更短(P<0.05);观察组痰液减少、痰培养转阴以及肺部病变吸收50%以上时间较对照组更短(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论风险预警评分指导下的预防式护理在肺炎患儿中能够缩短症状缓解时间,促进患儿的恢复,并降低并发症的发生率。

Objective To explore the application of risk early warning score-guided preventive care in the treatment of children with pneumonia.Methods Seventy-nine children with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into a control group(39 cases)and an observation group(40 cases)using a random number method.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received preventive care guided by risk early warning scores.The time of symptom relief,recovery,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the duration of cough,asthma and rales was shorter(P<0.05);in the control group,the sputum decreased,sputum culture and lung lesions were shorter and shorter(P<0.05);the complication rate in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Preventive care guided by risk early warning scores can significantly shorten the time for symptom relief,promote the recovery of children with pneumonia,and reduce the incidence of complications.
