营养泵对治疗脑损伤肠内营养患者营养状态、并发症和胃液pH值的影响

The Impact of Nutritional Pump on Nutritional Status,Complications,and Gastric Juice pH in Patients with Brain Injury Receiving Enteral Nutrition

摘要 目的探究营养泵对治疗脑损伤肠内营养患者营养状态、并发症和胃液pH值的影响。方法选择福建医科大学附属第一医院2020年1月至2022年12月就诊的80例脑损伤患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组开展营养泵肠内营养干预。对比两组治疗效果、并发症发生率,采集体液标本检验营养状态[血白蛋白(ALB)、血清总蛋白(TP)和前白蛋白(PA)]和微型营养评估量表(MNA)评分,检测胃液pH。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,观察组与对照组ALB、TP、PA水平和MNA得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组ALB、TP、PA水平和MNA得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。入院即刻,观察组与对照组胃液pH差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);入院第3天、第5天与第7天,观察组的胃液pH值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论营养泵肠内营养对脑损伤肠内营养患者的应用,可以改善患者营养状态,减少并发症总发生率,调整胃液pH值,提升治疗效果,有利于患者病情的改善。 Objective To investigate the effects of nutritional pump on the nutritional status,complications,and gastric juice pH in patients with brain injury receiving enteral nutrition.Methods A total of 80 patients with brain injury who visited the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 40 cases,using the random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group underwent enteral nutrition intervention with a nutritional pump.The therapeutic effects,complication incidence rates of the two groups were compared,and body fluid specimens were collected to test nutritional status[serum albumin(ALB),total serum protein(TP),and prealbumin(PA)],and the Mini Nutritional Assessment(MNA)score was assessed,and gastric juice pH was detected.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in ALB,TP,PA levels,and MNA scores between the observation and control groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the levels of ALB,TP,PA,and MNA scores in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At admission,there was no statistically significant difference in gastric juice pH between the observation and control groups(P>0.05);on the 3rd,5th,and 7th days of admission,the gastric juice pH in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of enteral nutrition with a nutritional pump in patients with brain injury can improve the nutritional status of patients,reduce the total incidence rate of complications,adjust gastric juice pH,enhance treatment effects,and is beneficial for the improvement of patients’conditions.
