新媒体老年综合评估的协同护理对老年神经系统疾病患者认知功能的改善效果

The Collaborative Nursing Effect of New Media Comprehensive Assessment on Cognitive Function Improvement in Elderly Patients with Neurological Disorders

目的观察对老年神经系统疾病患者开展新媒体老年综合评估(CGA)的协同护理对患者认知功能等的影响。方法在2020年1月至2022年1月本院老年神经系统疾病患者中选择86例为对象,按照Excel表随机排序0~86号,其中奇数序列开展常规护理支持(对照组),偶数序列则开展新媒体CGA的协同护理(观察组)。针对两组患者认知功能、肌力水平以及心理状态等改善情况进行对比。结果对比两组患者认知功能护理后观察组MMSE评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。对比两组患者肌力水平,护理后观察组肌力水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。对比两组患者恢复期间的心理状态,护理后观察组CD-RISC评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。对比两组患者恢复期间的生活质量,护理后观察组生理、环境因子、社会关系、心理维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在对老年神经系统疾病患者护理时开展新媒体CGA的协同护理可以提升患者认知功能,增加患者生活质量以及肌力水平,并对患者心理状态、躯体功能改善,有助于患者恢复。

Objective To observe the impact of collaborative nursing with new media comprehensive geriatric assessment(CGA)on cognitive function and other aspects of elderly patients with neurological disorders.Methods From January 2020 to January 2022,a total of 86 elderly patients with neurological disorders in our hospital were selected as the subjects.They were randomly sorted from 0 to 86 in an Excel table,with odd numbered sequences receiving routine nursing support(control group)and even numbered sequences receiving collaborative nursing with new media CGA(observation group).Compare the improvement of cognitive function,muscle strength level,and psychological state between two groups of patients.Results Compared to the control group,the MMSE scores of the observation group patients were higher after cognitive function nursing(P<0.05).When comparing the muscle strength levels of the two groups,the muscle strength level of the observation group was higher after nursing(P<0.05).In terms of psychological state during the recovery period,the CD-RISC scores of the observation group were higher after nursing(P<0.05).Regarding the quality of life during the recovery period,the scores in the dimensions of physiology,environmental factors,social relationships,and psychology of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusions Collaborative nursing with new media CGA in the care of elderly patients with neurological disorders can improve patients’cognitive function,increase their quality of life and muscle strength,and improve their psychological and physical states,which is helpful for their recovery.
