300MW煤粉炉低氮改造后空预器堵塞原因分析及防范对策

摘要 某300MW煤粉炉在低氮改造后,锅炉运行过程中氮氧化物(NOx)排放显著降低,但随之而来的空预器堵塞问题严重影响了机组的安全和经济运行。针对空气预热器压差增大问题,文中提出了切实可行的解决对策。经应用实践表明,所提出的对策能够有效解决低氮改造后引起的空气预热器堵塞问题,同时也为同类锅炉的低氮改造提供借鉴和参考,从而提高燃煤电厂的环保和经济效益。 After the transformation of a 300MW pulverized coal boiler with low nitrogen,the emission of nitrogen oxides(NO x)decreased significantly during the operation of the boiler,but the subsequent air preheater blockage seriously affected the safe and economic operation of the unit.Aiming at the problem of increasing pressure difference of air preheater,this paper puts forward practical countermeasures.The application practice shows that the proposed countermeasures can effectively solve the problem of air preheater blockage caused by low nitrogen transformation,and also provide reference for low nitrogen transformation of similar boilers,thus improving the environmental protection and economic benefits of coal-fired power plants.
