摘要
为了解概念验证(PoC)这一科技成果转化的先进模式在我国的应用及发展情况,通过广泛检索各省市人民政府、科技局或科学技术委员会等官方网站,总结目前我国概念验证中心(PoCC)的建设情况。截至2023年12月31日,我国已有15个城市建立了PoCC,涉及行业广泛,包括电子信息、汽车工业、航空航天、生物医药、新能源、新材料、化工等行业。分析我国PoCC建设在技术水平、人才培养、产业协同方面面临的挑战,并提出针对性建议。
In order to understand the application and development of proof-of-concept,an advanced mode of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in China,the construction of proof-of-concept centers(PoCC)in China was summarized through extensive searching of the official websites of people’s governments,science and technology bureaus and science and technology committees of various provinces and cities.As of December 31,2023,15 cities in China have established proofof-concept centers,involving a wide range of industries,including electronic information,automotive industry,aerospace,biomedicine,new energy,new materials,chemical industry and so on.This paper analyzes the challenges faced by the construction of China’s proof-of-concept center in technical level,personnel training and industrial coordination,and puts forward targeted recommendation.
