摘要
为进一步了解胡张庄玫瑰香葡萄果实品质与气象要素之间的关系,引导果农合理利用气候资源,提升果实品质,通过试验分析果径、糖度在不同生育期的生长规律,并利用逐步回归方法建立果径、糖度与关键气象要素的模型。结果表明:胡张庄玫瑰香葡萄果径在生育期中呈现“慢-快-慢”3个阶段的生长特征;随着葡萄植株的生长,果实的糖度呈前期波动上升,花后75 d后上升幅度加快,之后维持较高的增幅;结合逐步回归得到的模型可知,果径与≥24℃积温、累计日照时数、最低气温呈显著相关,糖度与≥18℃积温、累计日照时数、最低气压存在显著相关。
To further understand the relationship between the quality of Midnight Beauty grapes in Huzhangzhuang and meteorological elements,and to guide farmers in rational utilization of climate resources to improve fruit quality,experimental analysis was conducted to investigate the growth patterns of fruit diameter and sugar content at different growth stages.A model was established using a stepwise regression method to correlate fruit diameter,sugar content,and key meteorological elements.The results show that:(1)The growth speed of Midnight Beauty grape diameter in Huzhangzhuang exhibits a“slow-fast-slow”characteristic during growth periods.(2)As the grapes in Huzhangzhuang grow,the sugar content shows overall fluctuations with an initial increase,followed by a faster rise after 75 days post-flowering,and then maintaining a relatively high growth rate.(3)From the results of the model obtained through stepwise regression,it is evident that fruit diameter is significantly correlated with accumulated temperature≥24℃,cumulative sunshine hours,and daily minimum temperature,while sugar content is significantly correlated with accumulated temperature≥18℃,cumulative sunshine hours,and daily minimum air pressure.
