Mycobacterium marinumi ni fection of the wrist:a case report

报告1例手腕海分枝杆菌感染。患者女,58岁,因左手腕伸侧溃疡伴疼痛8个月就诊。皮肤科检查:左手腕伸侧约5 cm×4 cm溃疡,溃疡边缘红斑肿胀隆起,边界清楚,表面疣状肉芽组织增生,伴有小脓疱形成、渗出。皮损组织病理结果符合感染性肉芽肿。予利福平、异烟肼及克拉霉素联合治疗4个月后溃疡愈合。

A case of Mycobacterium marinum infection at the wrist is reported.A 58-year female presented with painful ul-cers on the dorsal aspect of the left wrist for eight months.Dermatologic examination showed an ulcer of approximately 5 cm×4 cm on the dorsal aspect of the left wrist,with swollen and elevated erythematous margins and clear borders.There was warty granulomatous hyperplasia on the surface of the ulcer,accompanied by small pustule formation and exudation.Histopathologic analysis revealed an infected granuloma.The ulcer healed after four months of combined treatment with rifampicin,isoniazid and clarithromycin.
