靶向药物治疗银屑病过程中对炎症性肠病的影响
Impact of targeted drugs on inflammatory bowel disease during psoriasis treatment
摘要
银屑病是一种免疫介导的慢性系统性炎症性疾病,靶向药物是治疗中重度难治性及特殊类型银屑病的重要手段。随着靶向药物在银屑病患者中的广泛应用,并发炎症性肠病的案例有越来越多报道。该文旨在对靶向药物与炎症性肠病的相关性进行综述,以期在选择靶向药物治疗银屑病时,能够关注其治疗炎症性肠病的作用以及肠道不良反应的发生。
