摘要
为综合研究早强剂、消泡剂、膨胀剂对套筒灌浆料的流动度、抗压强度、膨胀率性能以及28d形貌的影响。文中运用单一控制变量法,依次研究不同添加剂及其不同掺量对套筒灌浆料的影响。研究结果表明,除塑性膨胀剂外,其他外加剂对套筒灌浆料流动度均产生负面影响,对抗压强度均产生积极的影响。塑性膨胀剂对浆体塑性阶段产生竖向膨胀,UEA弥补后期膨胀,以及两种膨胀剂对套筒灌浆料28d微观形貌的影响。研究可为材料研发人员提供技术参考。
To comprehensively study the effects of early-strength agents,defoamers,and expanders on the flowabili-ty,compressive strength,expansion rate,and 28 day morphology of grouting materials for sleeves,a single control variable method was employed to sequentially investigate the impacts of different additives and their varying dosages on these grouting materials.The results indicate that,except for plastic expanders,other additives negatively affect the flowability while positively influencing the compressive strength.The plastic expander causes vertical expansion during the plastic phase,while UEA compensates for late-stage expansion,along with the effects of both expanders on the 28 day microstructure of the grouting material.This research provides technical references for material devel-opers.
