我国适老化体育空间建设发展的时代意蕴、困境表征与优化建议

Era Implications,Dilemma Characterisation and Optimisation Suggestions for the Development of Ageing Sports Space in China

大力推进适老化体育空间建设对于布局“银发”体育,填补老年人健身的需求缺口,积极应对人口老龄化具有重要意义。采用文献资料、逻辑分析、实地调研等方法对我国适老化体育空间建设发展进行研究,研究将适老化体育空间界定为:为了满足老年群众体育需求而构建的承载体育及其相关服务的载体。通过分析我国适老化体育空间建设发展的时代意蕴,探讨适老化体育空间建设的困境表征,探索可行的优化建议。发现目前我国适老化体育空间建设进程较为缓慢,主要存在顶层设计欠佳、供需矛盾突出、财政投入欠缺、运营管理不善等问题。围绕做好顶层设计、完善基础设施、优化财政供给、关注转型改造等方面提出完善适老化体育空间建设发展的优化建议,推动我国适老化体育空间建设,丰富体育产业市场内容,促进银发经济的可持续发展。

Vigorously promoting the construction of ageing sports space is of great significance to the layout of'silver hair'sports,filling the gap of fitness needs of the elderly,and actively coping with the aging of the population.Using literature,logical analysis,field research and other methods to study the development of China’s aging sports space construction,the study defines the aging sports space as a carrier that carries sports and its related services in order to meet the needs of the elderly mass sports.By analysing the implication of the ageing sports space construction and development in China,the study explores the dilemma of the ageing sports space construction and explores feasible optimisation suggestions.It is found that the construction process of ageing sports space in China is relatively slow,and there are mainly problems such as poor top-level design,outstanding contradiction between supply and demand,lack of financial investment,and poor operation and management.We put forward optimisation suggestions to improve the construction and development of ageing sports space in terms of good top-level design,perfect infrastructure,optimise financial supply,and pay attention to transformation and renovation,so as to promote the construction of ageing sports space in China,enrich the market content of the sports industry,and promote the sustainable development of the silver-hair economy.
