摘要
目的研究6周的高强度间歇训练后不同拉伸方式对男大学生训练效果的影响,为进行高强度间歇锻炼人群拉伸放松提供依据。方法选取30名天津体育学院男大学生,分为对照组、静态拉伸组、PNF拉伸组各10人,完成为期六周,每周三次的高强度间歇与拉伸训练,并在训练前后进行最大肌力、体成分、柔韧性测试。结果三组受试者最大肌力、肌肉围度、肌肉含量以及体脂率与训练前相比出现显著性差异(P<0.05)。对照组柔韧性在周期前后相比无明显变化(P>0.05);训练后静态拉伸组较对照组的柔韧性指标具有显著性提高(P<0.05),体脂率、最大肌力、肌肉围度、肌肉含量与对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。PNF拉伸组较静态拉伸组受试者仅有最大肌力、柔韧性指标具有显著性提高(P<0.05)。结论高强度间歇训练可以有效提高男大学生的最大肌力、肌肉围度、肌肉含量但对体脂率、柔韧性效果不明显;在高强度训练后进行PNF拉伸相较于静态拉伸可以更好发展最大肌力以及柔韧性,但对其他指标影响不大。
Objective To study the effect of different stretching methods on the training effect of male college students after 6 weeks of high-intensity interval training,and to provide a basis for stretching and relaxation in the population undergoing high-intensity interval exercise.Methods A total of 30 male college students from Tianjin University of Physical Education were selected and divided into control group,static stretching group and PNF stretching group,and completed high-intensity interval and stretching training three times a week for six weeks,and the maximum muscle strength,body composition and flexibility tests were carried out before and after training.Results There were significant differences in maximum muscle strength,muscle circumference,muscle content and body fat percentage between the three groups compared with those before training(P<0.05).There was no significant change in flexibility in the control group before and after the cycle(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the flexibility index of the static stretching group was significantly improved after training(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in body fat percentage,maximum muscle strength,muscle circumference and muscle content compared with the control group(P>0.05).Compared with the static stretching group,the PNF stretching group had significant improvement in maximum muscle strength and flexibility(P<0.05).Conclusion High-intensity interval training can effectively improve the maximum muscle strength,muscle circumference and muscle content of male college students,but has no obvious effect on body fat percentage and flexibility.PNF stretching after high-intensity training can better develop maximum muscle strength and flexibility than static stretching,but has little effect on other indicators.
