摘要
探究北京市中学生余暇体育锻炼与学业压力的剖面关系,为减轻中学生的学业负担提供科学的指导和建议。采用便利抽样的方式,使用自编人口学信息量表,余暇体育锻炼量表以及中学生学业压力量表于2024年3月-5月面向北京市10所学校(5所初中,5所高中)进行问卷调查,采用潜在剖面分析对中学生的学业压力进行分类,并采用χ^(2)检验对中学生不同压力类型进行比较,采用多元Logistic回归模型对数据进行分析。多元Logistic回归分析结果显示,中学生学业压力存在群体异质性。学校、家庭和中学生自身应重视学业压力,积极参与余暇体育锻炼以减缓学业水平。
To explore the relationship between leisure physical exercise and academic pressure of middle school students in Beijing,in order to provide scientific guidance and suggestions for reducing the academic burden of middle school students.A convenient sampling method was adopted to conduct a questionnaire survey on 10 schools(5 junior middle schools and 5 senior high schools)in Beijing from March to May 2024 by using self-designed demographic information scale,leisure physical exercise Scale and middle school students'academic stress Scale.Potential profile analysis was used to classify middle school students'academic pressure.x2 test was used to compare the different stress types of middle school students,and multiple Logistic regression model was used to analyze the data.The results of multiple Logistic regression analysis show that there is group heterogeneity in academic stress of middle school students.Schools,families and middle school students themselves should pay attention to the academic pressure and actively participate in leisure physical exercise to slow down their academic level.
