摘要
“校闹”行为既严重扰乱教育教学秩序,也是对教育法治的挑衅。本文采用问卷法对近万名幼儿家长进行调查,探讨家长法律认知与“校闹”行为倾向的关系,考察家园信任度的中介作用和舆论卷入度的调节作用。结果显示:(1)法律认知度负向预测“校闹”行为倾向;(2)家园信任度在法律认知与“校闹”行为倾向之间起中介作用;(3)舆论卷入度调节了法律认知并通过家园信任度影响“校闹”行为倾向中介过程的后半路径和直接路径。建议营造法治文化氛围,提升家长法律认知水平;双向协同发力,重塑家园信任机制;强化信息监管,引导舆论适度卷入。
The behavior of"school disturbance"not only seriously disturbs the order of education and teaching,but also provokes the rule of law in education.This paper adopts questionnaire research method to investigate nearly 10000 parents of young children on the relationship between parents'legal cognition and the behavioral tendency of"school disturbance",and examines the mediating role of home trustrank and the moderating role of public opinion involvement.The results show that:(1)legal awareness negatively predicts the behavior tendency of"school disturbance";(2)the home trustrank plays a mediating role between legal cognition and the behavior tendency of home trustrank;(3)the degree of public opinion involvement moderates the latter half path and the direct path of the intermediary process of the influence of legal cognition on the behavioral tendency of"school disturbance"through the home trustrank.It is suggested to build a cultural atmosphere of rule of law to enhance parents'legal cognition.We should work together in both directions to rebuild the trust mechanism of the homeland,and strengthen information supervision and guide public opinion to get appropriately involved.
