防城港铁路枢纽电力系统优化

摘要 为了提升防城港铁路枢纽电力系统在防城港铁路枢纽规模扩大、用电设备显著增加后的安全性、可靠性和经济性,分析改造前后新旧电力系统交织叠加产生的各种问题,提出改进方案,改变防东高铁电力贯通线接入点位置、改造防城港北配电所至防城港配电所供电臂贯通线路、合理配置防城港枢纽高普铁电力结合部设备等,对防城港铁路枢纽电力系统进行优化,并建议优化过程采取阶段性建设期间供电保障措施。此方案已被采纳并批复设计变更,保证了防城港铁路枢纽电力系统尽快优化成更安全更高效更经济的铁路运输支撑。 In order to improve the safety,reliability and economy of the power system of Fangchenggang Railway hub after the expansion of the scale of the railway hub and the significant increase of electrical equipment,various problems caused by the overlapping of old and new power systems before and after the transformation are analyzed,and improvement schemes are proposed.The power system of Fangchenggang railway hub is optimized by changing the access point location of the power through line of Fangchenggang high-speed Railway,transforming the power through line of the power supply arm from Fangchenggang North Power Distribution Station to Fangchenggang Power Distribution Station,and rationally allocating the equipment of the high frequency railway power coupling part of Fangchenggang Railway hub,and it is suggested that the power supply guarantee measures should be taken during the stage construction during the optimization process.This scheme has been adopted and approved for design changes to ensure that the power system of Fangchenggang Railway hub is optimized into a safer,more efficient and more economical railway transport support as soon as possible.
