摘要
该文以2023年全国职业院校技能大赛教学能力比赛一等奖课程——护理学基础为例,以“岗课赛证”综合育人模式为导向,从教学整体设计、教学实施过程、教学评价、教学实践成效等方面探讨护理课程建设与改革的可行路径,以期为职业教育护理人才培养提供思路。
This article used the Fundamentals of Nursing course,which received the first prize in the 2023 National Vocational College Skills Competition Teaching Ability Contest,as a case study.It was guided by the“Job-Course-Competition-Certificate”integrated education model and explored feasible paths for the construction and reform of higher vocational nursing courses from various aspects,including overall teaching design,teaching implementation process,teaching evaluation,and practical teaching outcomes.The aim is to provide insights and strategies for the reform of vocational nursing education.
