护士信息领域核心能力框架的构建研究

Construction of framework of core competence in informatics for nurses

目的构建适合我国国情的护士信息领域核心能力框架,为我国护士信息能力的培养、考核和能力评价提供参考依据。方法通过文献研究和小组讨论,形成核心能力框架初稿;2023年7月—10月,采用德尔菲法对来自国内11个省市的14名专家进行问卷函询。结果共开展2轮专家咨询,问卷有效回收率分别为100%(14/14)和93%(13/14)。形成护士信息领域核心能力框架包含3项一级指标(计算机能力、信息能力和综合应用能力)、40项二级指标及77项三级指标。14名专家的权威系数为0.918,第2轮函询的肯德尔和谐系数为0.151。一级指标的重要性得分均数为4.77~5.00,变异系数为0~0.09;二级指标的重要性得分均数为3.92~5.00,变异系数为0~0.19;三级指标的重要性得分均数为4.31~5.00,变异系数为0~0.17。结论本研究构建的护士信息领域核心能力框架具有较好的科学性、可靠性与实用性,可为我国护士信息能力的培训和评价提供借鉴和参考。

Objective To establish the framework of core competence in informatics for nurses in China,and to provide references for the training and evaluation of nurses’information ability.Methods Through literature review and group discussion,the draft of the framework of core competence was formed.From July 2023 to October 2023,14 experts from 11 provinces in China were consulted by questionnaire using Delphi method.Results Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted,and the effective recovery rates were 100%and 93%,respectively.The framework of core competence in informatics of nurses consisted of three dimensions(computer ability,information ability and comprehensive application ability),40 secondary indexes and 77 tertiary indexes.The experts’authority coefficient was 0.918,and the Kendall’s W coordination coefficient was 0.151.The importance score of dimensions ranged from 4.77 to 5.00,with a coefficient of variation ranged from 0 to 0.09.The importance score of secondary indexes ranged from 3.92 to 5.00,with a coefficient of variation ranged from 0 to 0.19.The importance score of the tertiary indexes ranged from 4.31 to 5.00,with a coefficient of variation ranged from 0 to 0.17.Conclusion The framework of core competence in informatics of nurses constructed in this study is scientific,reliable and practical,and can provide references for the training and evaluation of informatics competency of nurses in China.
