肾病蛋白粉联合个性化营养干预对维持性血液透析伴低蛋白血症患者的影响

Effect of Renal Protein Powder Combined with Personalized Nutrition Intervention on Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients with Hypoproteinemia

目的:探讨肾病蛋白粉联合个性化营养干预对维持性血液透析伴低蛋白血症患者的影响。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年6月中山大学附属第八医院收治的维持性血液透析伴低蛋白血症患者60例为研究对象,随机分为联合组与对照组,各30例。对照组接受个性化营养干预,联合组在对照组基础上加用肾病蛋白粉。比较两组干预前后营养状态、干预后疲乏状态及随访期间心血管事件发生情况。结果:干预后,两组血清前白蛋白、血红蛋白及转铁蛋白水平升高,且联合组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,联合组疲乏状态程度优于对照组(P=0.007);联合组疲乏评估结果优于对照组(P=0.007);联合组心血管事件总发生率低于对照组(P=0.020)。结论:肾病蛋白粉联合个性化营养干预可有效改善维持性血液透析伴低蛋白血症患者营养指标,缓解其疲乏状态,降低心血管事件发生率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of protein powder combined with personalized nutrition intervention on maintenance hemodialysis patients with hypoproteinemia.Methods:Sixty patients with maintenance hemodialysis accompanied by hypoproteinemia admitted to the Eighth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into combination group and control group,with thirty cases in each group.The control group received personalized nutrition intervention,and the combination group received nephrotic protein powder on the basis of the control group.Nutritional status,fatigue status after intervention and cardiovascular events during follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the levels of serum prealbumin,hemoglobin and transferrin in two groups were increased,and the combination group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after the intervention,the fatigue status of the combination group was better than that of the control group(P=0.007);the fatigue evaluation result of combination group was better than that of control group(P=0.007);the total incidence of cardiovascular events in the combination group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.020).Conclusion:Renal protein powder combined with personalized nutrition intervention can effectively improve the nutritional indexes of patients with maintenance hemodialysis and hypoproteinemia,alleviate their fatigue state,and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events.
