摘要
目的:探究孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果。方法:纳入2022年8月—2023年12月福泉市第一人民医院收治的70例哮喘患儿,以随机分组方式分为对照组(n=35,给予布地奈德治疗)和试验组(n=35,在对照组基础上给予孟鲁司特治疗)。比较两组患儿经治疗后各指标差异。结果:治疗后,两组用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积均升高,血清降钙素原、C反应蛋白、血清吸入性和食物特异性过敏原水平均降低,试验组呼气峰流量升高,且试验组均优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组体温恢复正常时间、喘息消失时间、咳嗽消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:相比布地奈德单药治疗,联合孟鲁司特的治疗效果更优,可促进患儿临床症状缓解,改善肺功能及炎性因子水平,减少不良反应发生。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Montelukast combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with asthma.Methods:Seventy children with asthma admitted to the Fuquan First People's Hospital from August 2022 to December 2023 were included and randomly divided into the control group(n=35,given budesonide treatment)and the experimental group(n=35,given montelukast treatment on the basis of the control group).The difference of indexes between the two groups after treatment was compared.Results:After treatment,forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume in the first second were increased in both groups,and serum procalcitonin,C-reactive protein,serum aspiration and food-specific allergen levels were decreased,the peak expiratory flow of experimental groups was increased,and the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05);the time of body temperature return to normal,the time of wheezing disappear and the time of cough disappear in experimental group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with budesonide monotherapy,montelukast combined with budesonide has a better therapeutic effect,which can promote the remission of clinical symptoms,improve lung function and inflammatory factors,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
