腕踝针联合耳穴埋针对输尿管结石急性肾绞痛患者的影响

Effect of Wrist and Ankle Acupuncture Combined with Auricular Point Embedding on Patients with Acute Renal Colic Caused by Ureteral Calculi

目的:探讨腕踝针联合耳穴埋针对输尿管结石急性肾绞痛患者的影响。方法:选取2023年3—12月在深圳市宝安中医院就诊的200例输尿管结石急性肾绞痛患者作为研究对象,随机分成对照组(给予双氯芬酸钠栓治疗)和观察组(在对照组基础上给予腕踝针联合耳穴埋针治疗),各100例。比较两组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分、疼痛程度、睡眠质量。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.001);治疗后,两组口干、肾绞痛、舌苔黄腻积分降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组日间疼痛时间、夜间疼痛时间、视觉模拟评分法评分降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组深睡比例提高,清醒次数和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腕踝针联合耳穴埋针治疗输尿管结石急性肾绞痛的效果显著,能有效减轻患者疼痛程度,提高患者睡眠质量,改善临床症状。

Objective:To investigate the effect of wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with auricular point embedding on patients with acute renal colic caused by ureteral calculi.Methods:A total of two hundred patients with acute renal colic from ureteral calculi treated in Shenzhen Bao'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into control group(treated with diclofenac sodium suppositories)and observation group(treated with wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with auricular acupuncture),one hundred cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,pain degree and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.001);after treatment,the scores of dry mouth,kidney colic and tongue coating were decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the daytime pain time,night pain time and visual analog scores of the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the proportion of deep sleep increased,wake times and Pittsburgh sleep quality index score decreased in both groups,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with auricular acupuncture in the treatment of acute renal colic of ureteral calculi is significant,which can effectively reduce the pain degree of patients,improve the sleep quality of patients and improve clinical symptoms.
