中西医结合治疗慢性肝硬化并发急性上消化道出血的效果

Effect of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine on Chronic Cirrhosis Complicated with Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的:分析中西医结合治疗慢性肝硬化并发急性上消化道出血(AUGIB)的效果。方法:选择2022年1月—2023年12月汉中市镇巴县人民医院收治的慢性肝硬化并发AUGIB患者78例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=39,行常规西药治疗)和观察组(n=39,在对照组基础上应用三七粉联合参麦注射液治疗)。比较两组临床疗效、大便隐血转阴时间、输血量、住院时间、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.025);观察组大便隐血转阴时间、住院时间短于对照组,输血量少于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性肝硬化并发AUGIB的疗效确切,可有效减少出血量,促进患者康复,且安全性较高。

Objective:To analyze the effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine on chronic cirrhosis complicated with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding(AUGIB).Methods:A total of seventy-eight patients with chronic cirrhosis complicated with AUGIB admitted to Hanzhong Zhenba County People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into control group(n=39,treated with conventional western medicine)and observation group(n=39,treated with Sanqi powder combined with Shenmai injection on the basis of control group).The clinical efficacy,the time of stool occult blood conversion to negative,the amount of blood transfusion,the length of hospital stay and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.025);the time of fecal occult blood in observation group was shorter than that in control group,and the amount of blood transfusion was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic cirrhosis complicated with AUGIB is effective,can effectively reduce the amount of blood loss,promote the recovery of patients,and has high safety.
