早期宫颈癌手术中不同温度生理盐水冲洗腹腔对患者的影响

The Effect of Different Temperature Saline Irrigation of the Abdominal Cavity on Patients during Early-stage Cervical Cancer Surgery

目的:探讨早期宫颈癌手术中不同温度生理盐水冲洗腹腔对于患者快速康复的影响。方法:选取2020年11月—2022年9月青海红十字医院妇科收治的120例早期宫颈癌手术患者为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为研究1、2、3组,每组40例。研究1、2、3组术中分别予以24、36、42℃生理盐水冲洗腹腔。对比三组围术期情况、生命体征及并发症发生率。结果:研究2组气管插管拔管时间、麻醉完全苏醒时间、术后肛门排气时间、出院时间短于研究1、3组(P<0.05);三组术后总引流量对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后2h,三组心率、收缩压及舒张压水平均下降,研究2组指标水平较研究1、3组更平稳,较术前降低幅度更小(P<0.05)。三组并发症发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:早期宫颈癌手术中不同温度生理盐水冲洗腹腔对于患者有一定影响,当冲洗腹腔所用生理盐水的温度接近人体恒温36℃时,更有助于改善患者围术期情况,稳定生命体征,安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of different temperature saline irrigation of the abdominal cavity on the rapid recovery of patients during surgery for early-stage cervical cancer.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients admitted to the Department of Gynecology of Qinghai Red Cross Hospital for early cervical cancer surgery from November 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into study groups 1,2 and 3 by random number table method,with forty cases in each group.Groups 1,2 and 3 were respectively given 24,36 and 42℃saline rinsing of the abdominal cavity during the operation.The perioperative conditions,vital signs and complication rates of the three groups were compared.Results:The extubation time of tracheal intubation,the time of complete awakening from anesthesia,the time of postoperative anal defecation,and the time of discharge were shorter than those of study groups 1 and 3 in study group 2(P<0.05);the differences in total postoperative drainage volume among the three groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);at 2 h postoperatively,heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure levels decreased in the three groups,and the index levels in study group 2 were smoother than those in study groups 1 and 3,and the decrease was smaller than that in the preoperative period(P<0.05);comparing the complication rates in the three groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Different temperature saline irrigation of the abdominal cavity in early cervical cancer surgery has a certain effect on patients,and when the temperature of the saline used in the irrigation of the abdominal cavity is close to the human body's constant temperature of 36℃,it can help to improve the perioperative condition of patients,stabilize vital signs,which has higher safety.
