基于专科护士的个案护理在新生儿重症肺炎护理中应用效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of the Application of Specialty Nurse-based Case Care in the Care of Neonatal Critical Pneumonia

目的:探究对新生儿重症肺炎患儿实施基于专科护士的个案护理的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月榆林市榆阳区人民医院收治的220例新生儿重症肺炎患儿为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各110例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组护理基础上给予基于专科护士的个案护理。比较两组护理前后血气指标、血清炎性因子指标、不良事件发生率。结果:护理后,两组氧分压、血氧饱和度水平上升,且观察组高于对照组,二氧化碳分压水平下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组降钙素原、超敏C反应蛋白水平均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组(P=0.016)。结论:对新生儿重症肺炎患儿实施基于专科护士的个案护理,可改善其血气指标,降低炎性因子水平及不良事件发生率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of implementing specialty nurse-based case care for children with neonatal severe pneumonia.Methods:Two hundred and twenty cases of neonates with severe pneumonia admitted to Yulin Yuyang District People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected for the study,and were divided into the control group and the observation group,each with one hundred and ten cases,by the random number table method.The control group implemented conventional nursing care,and the observation group was given case-based nursing care based on specialized nurses on the basis of the control group's nursing care.Blood gas indexes,serum inflammatory factor indexes,and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results:After nursing,oxygen partial pressure and blood oxygen saturation levels increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and carbon dioxide partial pressure levels decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,procalcitonin and ultrasensitive C-reactive protein levels decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);and the incidence rate of adverse events was lower than that of the control group in the observation group(P=0.016).Conclusion:Implementation of specialized nurse-based case care for children with neonatal severe pneumonia can improve their blood gas indexes and reduce the level of inflammatory factors and the incidence of adverse events.
