舒适护理在鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术住院患者中的效果

Effect of Comfort Nursing in Inpatients Undergoing Endoscopic Sinus Surgery for Sinusitis

目的:探讨在鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术住院患者中实施舒适护理干预的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月于广西壮族自治区妇幼保健院接受鼻内镜手术治疗的60例鼻窦炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上给予舒适护理干预。比较两组临床疗效、恢复情况、并发症情况、护理满意度。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.001);研究组临床症状消失时长、住院时长均短于对照组(P<0.001);研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.001);研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:在鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术住院患者中实施舒适护理干预,可提高临床疗效及患者的护理满意度,缩短住院时长、临床症状消失时长,安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of comfort nursing intervention in inpatients with nasal endoscopic surgery for sinus-itis.Methods:A total of sixty patients with sinusitis who received endoscopic surgery in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Ma-ternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and study group,with thirty cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group received comfort nursing intervention based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,recovery,complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.001);the duration of clinical symptom disappearance and hospitalization in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001);the total complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.001);the nursing satisfaction of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The implementation of comfort nurs-ing intervention in inpatients with nasal endoscopic surgery for sinusitis can improve clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of patients,shorten the length of hospital stay and the duration of clinical symptom disappearance,and have high safety.
