老年尿毒症患者血液透析护理中应用健康教育的作用及优势分析

Effect and Advantage Analysis of Health Education in Hemodialysis Nursing of Elderly Uremia Patients

目的:分析健康教育在老年尿毒症患者血液透析护理中的应用效果。方法:以2023年1月—2024年1月于遵义市绥阳县人民医院进行血液透析的老年尿毒症患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(在对照组基础上进行健康教育),每组50例。比较两组患者护理效果。结果:干预后,两组生理功能、心理健康、社会职能、睡眠质量评分及饮食、生活习惯、用药评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组依从性比对照组高(P=0.0373);观察组并发症发生率比对照组低(P=0.0269)。干预后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在老年尿毒症患者血液透析护理中应用健康教育,可提高患者的生活质量,增强疾病认知程度和遵医行为,降低并发症发生率,改善负性情绪。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of health education applied in hemodialysis nursing of elderly uremia pa-tients.Methods:A total of one hundred elderly uremia hemodialysis patients treated in Zunyi Suiyang County People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(health education based on the control group),with fifty cases in each group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After the intervention,the scores of physiological function,mental health,social function,sleep quality,diet,living habits and medication in the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the compliance of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.0373);the complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P=0.0269);after intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating de-pression scale decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The appli-cation of health education in hemodialysis nursing of elderly uremia patients can improve the quality of life of patients,enhance the degree of disease cognition and compliance behavior,reduce the incidence of complications and improve negative emotions.
