医院药事管理在临床药学服务中的价值和效果探讨

Value and Effect of Hospital Pharmacy Management in Clinical Pharmaceutical Care

目的:观察医院药事管理在临床药学服务中的价值和效果。方法:以2022年5月—2023年5月商洛市柞水县人民医院药剂科就诊的80例患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(采用常规临床药学服务)、观察组(在对照组基础上采用医院药事管理),各40例。两组不合理用药情况、不良反应报告率、临床药学服务满意评分、临床药学服务质量。结果:观察组不合理用药发生率低于对照组(P=0.011);观察组不良反应报告率低于对照组(P=0.013);观察组服务态度满意、专业满意、疑问解答满意评分均高于对照组(P<0.001);观察组药物管理、药物指导、窗口服务、药物质控、人员管理评分均高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:临床药学服务中采用医院药事管理的价值较高,可以降低不合理用药发生率、不良反应报告率,提高临床药学服务满意评分及临床药学服务质量。

Objective:To observe the value and effect of hospital pharmacy management in clinical pharmaceutical care.Methods:A total of eighty patients in the pharmacy department of Shangluo Zhashui County People's Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(using routine clinical pharmaceutical care)and observation group(using hospital pharmaceutical management on the basis of control group)according to random number table method,with forty patients in each group.Irrational drug use,ADR reporting rate,clinical pharmaceutical care satisfaction score and quality of clinical pharmaceutical care were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of irrational drug use in observation group was lower than that in control group(P=0.011);the reported rate of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P=0.013);the scores of service attitude satisfaction,professional satisfaction and question answer satisfaction in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.001);the scores of drug management,drug guidance,window service,drug quality control and personnel management in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The use of hospital pharmacy management in clinical pharmaceutical care has high value,which can reduce the incidence of irrational drug use,the rate of adverse reactions,improve the satisfaction score of clinical pharmaceutical care and the quality of clinical pharmaceutical care.
