水泥生产中水资源利用效率提升策略研究

摘要 水泥工业作为高能耗行业,在生产过程中不仅要消耗大量水资源,还会产生废水排放,对环境造成一定影响。研究水资源综合利用策略对于提高水泥厂效益和实现可持续发展具有重要意义。通过对某水泥厂生产水资源利用现状与问题进行分析,详细列出了水泥生产线及配套余热发电工程的用水量,并指出了因水源供水不足而导致的生产问题以及废水排放对环境的影响。在此基础上,提出了关注水源水质优化原水处理、实行一水多用提高重复利用率、提高循环冷却水系统效率以及其他节水措施等一系列策略。研究结果表明,通过实施这些策略能够有效提升水泥生产过程中水资源的利用效率,减少对新鲜水的需求,降低废水排放,从而有助于水泥企业的绿色发展和环境保护。 As a high energy consuming industry,the cement industry not only consumes a large amount of water resources in the production process,but also generates wastewater discharge,which has a certain impact on the environment.Studying the comprehensive utilization strategy of water resources is of great significance for improving the efficiency of cement plants and achieving sustainable development.By analyzing the current situation and problems of water resource utilization in a cement plant,the water consumption of the cement production line and supporting waste heat power generation project is detailed,and the production problems caused by insufficient water supply and the impact of wastewater discharge on the environment are pointed out.On this basis,a series of strategies have been proposed,including focusing on optimizing water source quality for raw water treatment,implementing multi use of water to improve reuse rate,improving the efficiency of circulating cooling water systems,and other water-saving measures.The research results indicate that implementing these strategies can effectively improve the utilization efficiency of water resources in the cement production process,reduce the demand for fresh water,lower wastewater discharge,and thus contribute to the green development and environmental protection of cement enterprises.
