小型水库长距离大管径沉管施工方法探究

摘要 以某小型水库沉管工程为背景,对长距离大管径沉管在小型水库中的施工方法进行了探讨,针对水域面积小导致的工作面有限、沉管所需起重能力大、起重船舶组织困难、水下河床土层地质较硬等问题,分别提出了采用沉管平台及更换液压振动锤等针对性解决措施。同时,探讨了沉管平台施工的管道托运、起吊、焊接、下沉等各关键节点的施工方法,解决了长距离大管径沉管在有限水域作业无法使用大型设备以及沉桩的难题,以期为同类型沉管施工提供参考。 Taking a small reservoir immersed tube project as the background,this paper discusses the construction method of long-distance large-diameter immersed tubes in small reservoirs.In response to the limited working face caused by the small water area,the large lifting capacity required for immersed tubes,the difficulty in organizing lifting vessels,and the hard geological conditions of underwater riverbed soil layers,targeted solutions such as using immersed tube platforms and replacing hydraulic vibration hammers are proposed.At the same time,the construction methods for key nodes such as pipeline transportation,lifting,welding,and sinking using the immersed tube platform were elaborated,which solved the problem of long-distance large-diameter immersed tubes being unable to use large equipment and pile sinking in limited water areas,in order to provide reference for similar immersed tube construction.
