为提升住宅建筑机电安装工程中强电施工的整体质量,深入探讨了强电施工工艺的关键环节与控制管理措施。首先,从强电施工工艺的重要性出发,概述了其在住宅建筑机电安装工程中的核心地位及技术要求。其次,详细分析了强电施工工艺的各个步骤,包括施工准备、管线铺设、防雷接地等,并提出了相应的质量控制要点。在控制管理方面,探讨了管理模式的创新、现场资源的有效分配、技术性指导与培训等方面。该研究不仅为住宅建筑机电安装工程的实践提供了科学依据,也为未来相关领域的研究与改进奠定了坚实基础。
This article aims to provide strong support for improving the overall quality of strong current construction in residential building electromechanical installation engineering.Deeply explore the key links and control management measures of strong current construction technology in residential building electromechanical installation engineering.Firstly,starting from the importance of strong electrical construction technology,the core position and technical requirements of it in residential building electromechanical installation engineering are outlined.Secondly,a detailed analysis was conducted on the various steps of strong current construction technology,including construction preparation,pipeline laying,lightning protection and grounding,and corresponding quality control points were proposed.In terms of control management,innovative management models,effective allocation of on-site resources,technical guidance and training were discussed.This study effectively improved the overall quality of high-voltage construction,which not only provides a scientific basis for the practice of residential building electromechanical installation engineering,but also lays a solid foundation for future research and improvement in related fields.
