单臂圆筒旋转超声电机优化设计

摘要 为了解决现有圆筒型超声电机中存在的定子结构复杂及振动耦合问题,设计了一种单臂圆筒旋转超声电机。所设计电机仅使用一组压电陶瓷片即可直接实现圆筒中两列驻波的激励,而非借助纵振陶瓷组和弯振陶瓷组的配合。介绍了单臂圆筒旋转超声电机的工作原理,确定了电机定子的结构参数,并基于有限元对其进行了仿真,在驱动齿所选质点处得到了椭圆的振动轨迹。仿真结果表明该优化设计能够简化电机结构,避免振型干涉,提高电机的机械输出能力。 In order to solve the problems of complex stator structure and vibration coupling in the existing cylindrical ultrasonic motor,a single-arm cylinder rotary ultrasonic motor was designed.Two lines of standing waves can be directly excited in the cylinder with the only a set of piezoelectric ceramics rather than using the combination of the longitudinal vibration ceramic group and the bending vibration ceramic group in the designed motor.The working principle of the single-arm cylinder rotary ultrasonic motor was introduced,the structural parameters of the stator were determined,and the motor was simulated based on the finite element method,the ellipse vibration trajectories were obtained at the selected particles of the drive teeth.The result of simulation shows that the optimization design can simplify the structure,avoid the interference of mode,and improve the mechanical output capacity of the motor.
