柔性抛光X/Y定位能力对去除函数创成影响机制

The Influence Mechanism of the X/Y Positioning Ability of the Flexible Polishing Machine Tool on the Creation Deviation of the Removal Function

摘要 柔性抛光机床各参数(如抛光液、磁场环境等)对去除函数创成偏差已经有所研究,但定位能力如何影响去除函数创成偏差的研究仍然缺乏。对于去除函数创成偏差如何受定位能力精度的影响做了以下研究。首先,定义了X/Y轴定位能力的分析和去除函数的表征,分析了两者之间的关联影响机制;然后,分析了机床分别从X轴正方向移动、Y轴正方向移动和XY轴正方向联动所带来去除函数创成偏差的影响;最后,得出了以下结论:当定位精度偏离值越大时,去除模型所受到的压力和剪切力的抛光区域越小;多轴联动偏差造成去除函数创成偏差的影响大于单轴移动;X/Y轴定位能力偏差值越大对去除函数创成偏差内重心和惯性矩的偏差值就会越大。 Various parameters of flexible polishing machine tools(such as polishing fluid,magnetic field environment,etc.)have been studied on the creation deviation of the removal function,but the research on how the positioning ability affects the creation deviation of the removal function is still lacking.This paper does the following research on how the creation deviation of the removal function is affected by the accuracy of the positioning ability.First,the analysis of the X/Y axis positioning ability and the characterization of the removal function are defined,and the correlation mechanism between the two facts is analyzed;then,the machine tool moves from the positive direction of the X axis,the positive direction of the Y axis and the XY axis respectively.The positive direction linkage brings about the influence of the creation deviation of the removal function;finally,the following conclusions are drawn:when the deviation value of the positioning accuracy is larger,the polishing area for removing the pressure and shear force on the model is smaller;The effect of the deviation caused by the multi-axis linkage creation deviation of the removal function is greater than that of the single-axis movement;the larger the X/Y axis positioning ability deviation value,the greater the deviation of the center of gravity and the moment of inertia within the creation deviation of the removal function.
