摘要
在轴向柱塞泵容积变量系统中,柱塞副油膜间隙始终是设计和优化的关键点。为改善柱塞副油膜的润滑机能,辅助柱塞副结构元件设计与参数优化,以便形成适当的润滑油膜,针对某定缸动盘形式柱塞泵的柱塞副进行研究,建立了可循环求解的数学模型,完成了对油膜厚度场和压力场模型的编程仿真与计算求解,分析了在一个周期内压油区油膜随负载压力变化的规律。结果表明:增大负载压力,会减轻柱塞的偏心程度,最小油膜厚度将会增大,且负载压力对柱塞尾端偏心量有更明显的影响;油膜在柱塞尾端存在一个由挤压效应引起的压力波峰,压力波峰时刻大于负载压力,并且压力等级越高,压力波峰比越小,挤压效应带来的影响越弱。
In the variable system of axial piston pump,the plunger pair oil film clearance is always the crux of design and optimization.For enhance the lubrication performance of the plunger pair oil film,assist the design of structural elements and parameter optimization of plunger pair,so as to form an appropriate lubricating oil film,here studies the plunger pair of a fixed cylinder moving disc piston pump,build a mathematical model that can be solved cyclically,the simulation and solution of longitudinal depth and pressure of oil film field model are realized,and the regular of oil film variation with pressure zone load pressure in one cycle was analyzed.The results show that enlarge the load pressure will alleviate the offset of the plunger and increase the least oil film thickness,and the load pressure has a relatively significant effect on the offset of the plunger tail end.The oil film at the end of the plunger has a pressure peak caused by the extrusion effect,the pressure peak is always larger than the load pressure,and larger the pressure level,the smaller the pressure peak ratio,the weaker the influence of the extrusion effect.
