摘要
研究高分散性白炭黑HPS35GR在半钢子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:以高分散性白炭黑HPS35GR等量代替白炭黑2115MP,胶料的硫化特性相差不大,硫化胶老化前后的物理性能相当;白炭黑HPS35GR在胶料中的絮凝效应弱于白炭黑2115MP;硫化胶的抗湿滑性能更好、生热和滚动阻力更低、磨耗量更小。
The application of highly dispersed silica HPS35GR in the tread compound of steel-belted radial tire was studied.The results showed that replacing silica 2115MP with an equal amount of highly dispersed silica HPS35GR resulted in little difference in the vulcanization characteristics of the compound,and the physical properties of the vulcanizate before and after aging were comparable.The flocculation effect of silica HPS35GR in the compound was weaker than that of silica 2115MP.The vulcanizate filled with silica HPS35GR showed better wet grip performance,lower rolling resistance and smaller abrasion.
