摘要
运用六西格玛管理改进方法,按界定、测量、分析、改进、控制5个阶段,研究高锡胎圈钢丝镀层组分对胎圈钢丝与胶料粘合力的影响。结果表明,镀层锡含量指标设置为13.0%±1.0%则成功解决了高锡胎圈钢丝与胶料粘合力不稳定、过程能力低的问题,提高了企业经济效益,可为推行六西格玛管理提供参考。
Using the six sigma management improvement method,the effect of the high-tin content bead wire coating composition on the adhesion between the bead wire and the compound was studied according to the five stages of definition,measurement,analysis,improvement and control.The results showed that setting the tin content index of the coating to 13.0%±1.0% could successfully solve the problems of unstable adhesion and low process capability of high-tin bead steel wire,improve the economic benefits of the enterprise,and provide a reference for the promotion of the six sigma management method.
