1.Background,Forty years have passed since the initial discovery and isolation of the human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)in 1984.[1,2]At the end of 2022,approximately 85.6 million people had been infected with the virus,and 40.4 million had died from acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS)-related illnesses globally.[3]
