统筹发展和安全视角下边疆地区经济高质量发展路径研究

Research on the Path of High-Quality Economic Development in Border Areas from the Perspective of Overall Development and Security

党的十八大以来,边疆地区在国家战略格局中的重要地位不断提升,边疆地区的发展不仅影响中国式现代化的总体实现,还直接影响国家边境安全与总体稳定。然而,与沿海等发达地区相比,边疆地区经济发展基础较为薄弱且要承担稳边戍边功能,因此,推动边疆地区高质量发展,在坚持经济发展规律的同时,应注重构建安全导向的经济体系、改善居民生活质量、优化治理体系和推动对外开放与合作,促进边疆地区高质量发展和高水平安全良性互动。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the important position of border areas in the national strategic pattern has been continuously improved.The development of border areas not only affects the overall realization of Chinese modernization,but also directly affects the national border security and overall stability.However,compared with the coastal and other developed areas,the economic development foundation of the border areas is relatively weak and should undertake the function of stabilizing and guarding the border.Therefore,to promote the high-quality development of border areas,while adhering to the law of economic development,we should pay attention to building a security oriented economic system,improving the quality of life of residents,optimizing the governance system and promoting opening-up and cooperation,so as to promote the benign interaction between high-quality development and high water security in border areas.
