数字经济与实体经济融合发展的空间关联与协同治理路径

The Spatial Correlation and Collaborative Governance Path of the Integrated Development of Digital Economy and Real Economy

新发展阶段,数字经济与实体经济融合成为经济发展新动能。基于2016—2022年我国30个省份的面板数据,测度各省(区、市)数字经济与实体经济的融合水平及空间关联网络特征,运用二次指派程序(QAP)探究影响数字经济与实体经济融合水平空间关联网络的因素。结果表明:2016—2022年我国数字经济与实体经济融合水平较低,东部地区融合水平优于中部、西部以及东北地区;数字经济与实体经济空间关联呈现出复杂的网络形态且较为稳定;地理邻接、产业结构、对外开放水平对数实融合空间关联有显著促进作用。为此,在数实融合协同治理过程中应加快提升数字经济发展水平,增强中心省份辐射带动力,强化数字赋能产业发展,全面融入全球产业分工体系,深化数据要素市场改革,夯实数实融合发展基础。

In the new stage of development,the integration of digital economy and real economy has become a new driving force for economic development.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2016 to 2022,this paper measures the integration level and spatial correlation network characteristics of digital economy and real economy in each province(region,city),and uses the quadratic assignment procedure(QAP)to explore the factors affecting the spatial correlation network of the integration level of digital economy and real economy.The results show that the level of integration of China's digital economy and real economy is low from 2016 to 2022,and the level of integration in the eastern region is better than that in the central,western and northeastern regions;the spatial correlation between the digital economy and the real economy presents a complex network form and is relatively stable;geographical adjacency,industrial structure and opening-up level have a significant role in promoting the spatial correlation of log-real fusion.Therefore,in the process of collaborative governance of digital-real integration,we should speed up the development of digital economy,enhance the radiation driving force of central provinces,strengthen the development of digital-enabled industries,fully integrate into the global industrial division of labor system,deepen the reform of data factor market,and consolidate the foundation of digital-real integration development.
