以数字孪生为目标的BIM数智设计与成果质量管理方法研究

摘要 城市建设形成的建筑信息模型(以下称BIM模型),可以为智慧城市的数字孪生提供重要数据基础。然而行业中还存在模型质量差、数据协同困难、模型重复构建等痛点问题。文章以数据支持智能化为目标,以城市轨道交通为依托,研究管理环境与创新技术相协调的企业数智设计体系,强化模型质量管理体系并在实际项目中实践,为BIM模型从高效设计到高质交付和数据沿用提供了完善方法和示范作用。 The building information modeling(hereinafter referred to as BIM model)formed by urban construction can provide basic data that is important for the digital twin of smart cities.However,there are still pain points in the industry,such as poor model quality,difficult data collaboration,and repeated model construction.Aiming at the data support intelligence and relying on urban rail transit,this paper studies the enterprise data intelligence design system coordinated between management environment and innovative technology,strengthens the model quality management system and puts it into practice in actual projects,providing perfect methods and demonstrations for efficient design,high-quality delivery and data use of BIM models.
