基于BIM的房地产项目管理信息化研究

信息技术快速发展,有效带动了房地产项目管理模式的转变。文章研究了基于BIM推进房地产项目管理信息化建设所采取的措施,在分析了房地产项目管理信息化建设存在问题的基础上,探究了推进房地产项目管理信息必要性。同时,强调了建立统一的BIM平台、三维可视化设计与管理、碰撞检测与施工模拟、资源管理与优化等技术支撑,使传统房地产项目管理模式得以转变,加快项目管理信息化发展速度,提升房地产项目管理部门人力资源利用,加快推动行业健康发展。

The rapid development of information technology has effectively driven the transformation of real estate project management mode.This paper studies the measures taken to promote the information construction of real estate project management based on BIM,and analyzes the necessity of promoting the information construction of real estate project management on the basis of analyzing the existing problems in the information construction of real estate project management.At the same time,it emphasizes the establishment of a unified BIM platform,three-dimensional visual design and management,collision detection and construction simulation,resource management and optimization and other technical support,so as to transform the traditional real estate project management mode,speed up the information development of project management,improve the utilization of human resources in the real estate project management department,and accelerate the healthy development of the industry.
