摘要
常规锚固材料多为普通水泥砂浆,硬化速度较慢,早期强度低,生产过程中需要煅烧,碳排放量高,不符合绿色节能发展主题。针对上述问题,文章提出了新型绿色锚固材料,并通过室内试验及现场试验验证了该材料的锚固性能。通过流动度、凝结时间、抗压强度等试验确定了最佳水料比为0.25~0.30。通过现场试验研究了新型绿色锚固材料在土岩复合地层中的极限粘结强度,验证了其速凝、高强的锚固特性。应用该锚固材料可减少碳排放量,实现低碳绿色的环保理念。
Conventional anchoring materials are mostly ordinary cement mortar,which hardens slowly,has low early strength,requires calcination during production,has high carbon emissions,and does not conform to the theme of green and energy-saving development.In response to the above issues,the article proposes a new type of green anchoring material and verifies its anchoring performance through indoor and field tests.The optimal water to material ratio is determined to be 0.25~0.30 through tests such as fluidity,setting time,and compressive strength.The ultimate bond strength of a new type of green anchoring material in soil rock composite strata is studied through on-site experiments,and its fast setting and high-strength anchoring characteristics are verified.The application of this anchoring material can reduce carbon emissions and achieve the low-carbon and green environmental protection concept.
