摘要
随着社会的高速发展,人民群众对看病就医品质的要求越来越高,传统的人工挂号、现场排队叫号等引发很多矛盾纠纷,给患者带来诸多不便。发展智慧医院建设解决了就医矛盾,智能排队叫号系统、智能分诊系统、信息发布系统的应用使得群众在就医过程中秩序井然,提高了就医满意度。文章通过对智慧医院智能分诊排队叫号及信息发布系统应用深入研究,探讨其在医院管理、医患沟通、就医体验等方面的作用和意义,为智慧医院建设提供了有益的借鉴和参考。
With the rapid development of society,the people have higher and higher requirements for the quality of medical treatment,and the traditional manual registration,on-site queuing,and calling have caused many conflicts and disputes,bringing a lot of inconvenience to patients.The development of smart hospitals construction solves the contradiction of medical treatment,and the application of intelligent queuing and calling system,intelligent triage system and information release system makes the masses orderly in the process of medical treatment,and improves the satisfaction of medical treatment.Through in-depth research on the application of intelligent triage,queuing,number calling and information release system in smart hospitals,the paper discusses its role and significance in hospital management,doctor-patient communication,medical experience and other aspects,providing useful reference for the construction of smart hospitals.
