建筑施工管理中信息化技术的应用路径

摘要 随着科技的不断发展,建筑行业也开始逐渐采用各种信息化技术提高施工管理效率和水平,信息化技术的应用已经成为一种趋势和需求。通过信息化技术及其辅助手段的应用,可以提高施工管理效率和质量,提供更好的沟通协作平台,为建筑行业发展带来新的机遇和挑战。因此,文章将从建筑施工管理角度,在阐述建筑工程管理特点的基础上,分析信息化技术的应用价值,并提出通过建立信息化技术专业管理团队、开发信息化技术系统管理平台、优化信息化技术管理系统等措施来提升施工管理水平,为建筑施工管理提供有益参考。 With the continuous development of technology,the construction industry has gradually adopted various information technologies to improve the efficiency and quality of construction management.The application of information technology has become a trend and demand.Through the application of information technology and its auxiliary means,it can improve the efficiency and quality of construction management,provide a better communication and collaboration platform,and bring new opportunities and challenges to the development of the construction industry.Therefore,from the perspective of construction management,this article will analyze the application value of information technology on the basis of elaborating the characteristics of construction project management,and propose measures to improve the level of construction management by establishing professional management team of information technology,developing management platform of information technology system,optimizing information technology management system and so on,so as to provide useful reference for construction management.
