智能传感技术在桥梁结构健康监测中的应用研究

摘要 文章研究了智能传感技术在桥梁结构健康监测中的应用路径,在掌握传感器、信号调理模块、A/D转换模块、通信模块几个数据采集与传输系统单元框架的基础上,从数据采集、数据处理及存储、数据分析和预测三个方面,分析了智能分析决策系统应用措施,同时,强调了应变式传感器、光纤光栅传感单元、压电晶体传感器在桥梁中的应用,有助于转变传统桥梁结构健康监测模式,通过实时监测、数据采集等准确评估结构当前使用状态,提高桥梁安全运营与管理效果。 This paper studies the application path of intelligent sensing technology in the health monitoring of bridge structures.On the basis of mastering the data acquisition and transmission system unit framework of sensor,signal conditioning module,A/D conversion module and communication module,it analyzes the application measures of intelligent analysis and decision system from three aspects of data collection,data processing and storage,and data analysis and prediction.At the same time,it emphasizes the application of strain sensor,fiber grating sensing unit,and piezoelectric crystal sensor in bridge,which helps to transform the traditional health monitoring mode of bridge structures,accurately evaluate the current use status of the structure through real-time monitoring and data acquisition,and improve the effect of bridge safety operation and management.
