摘要
本文提出基于产业链创新视角的技术转移网络分析框架,测度网络演化态势和技术转移模式,并以锂离子动力电池产业为案例开展研究。结果表明:①锂离子动力电池产业技术转移网络以“一对一”的转移模式为主,网络整体连通性不高,呈现上游结构复杂、中游和下游结构简单的“不均衡”分布特征;②企业间技术转移在网络演化中处于核心位置,校企、院企间技术转移呈下降趋势;③产业发展过程中创新主体不断壮大导致网络结构的稳定性较弱,优势互补、资源共享的紧密合作团队不多。基于上述研究结论,提出提高产业链协同创新能力的管理启示,对提高战略性新兴产业产业链协同创新能力具有一定参考价值。
This paper proposes an analysis framework of technology transfer network based on the perspective of industrial chain innovation to measure the network evolution and technology transfer mode.Taking China s lithium-ion power battery industry as a case study,the results show that:①China s lithium-ion power battery industry technology transfer network dominated by the“one-to-one”transfer pattern.The connectivity of the network is not high and presents an“unbalanced”distribution characteristic of complicated upstream structure and simple midstream and downstream structure.②Enterprise-to-enterprise technology transfer plays a key role in the evolution of the network,and the technology transfer between industry,universities,and research institutes shows a declining trend.③The continuous influx of innovative entities in the process of industrial development leads to low stability of the network.The evolution of the network lacks the close cooperation team with complementary advantages and resource sharing.Based on the conclusions of the study,we propose the management insights to improve the collaborative innovation capacity of the industrial chain,it has important reference significance for improving the collaborative innovation ability of strategic emerging industry chain.
